Thoughts and pain

Do you wish you could stop your mind from constantly having thoughts that cause pain? I do. A new approach in psychotherapy is helping people to work with their thoughts and stop pain. It is not easy, and it requires a lot of practice, but it can be done.

The book "Get Out of Your Mind and Into Your Life explains The New Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. The book was written by Steven C. Hayes, PH.D. with Spencer Smith. I highly recommend this book to any person who has emotional issues in part due to their thoughts.
